Rolls-Royce reinforces services network for its growing CorporateCare® customer base at this week’s European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE) in Geneva, Switzerland

UK. On May 24, Rolls-Royce announces the strengthening of its business aviation services infrastructure in Europe by adding two new members to its global network of Authorised Service Centres (ASC).

ASCs are an essential element of the Rolls-Royce services portfolio and add to the existing global service capabilities for its growing CorporateCare customer base.

The latest additions of AMAC Aerospace Switzerland AG in Basel and Aero-Dienst GmbH in Nuremberg, Germany, to the ASC network will both support the Rolls‑Royce BR710A2-20 engine fleet, which powers several Bombardier Global long-range business jet models.

Robert Werner, Vice President Aircraft Availability – Business Aviation, Rolls-Royce, said: “We welcome our new Authorised Service Centre Partners in Basel and Nuremberg, which are reinforcing our support infrastructure in Europe. With approximately 4,000 Rolls-Royce powered aircraft in service today, we are the leading engine supplier in business aviation and our customers trust us to deliver outstanding in-service support around the globe.

Through our collaboration with the world’s most experienced maintenance providers we ensure industry leading service levels for our CorporateCare customers.”

With more than 75 Authorised Service Centres in place with key maintenance providers, Rolls-Royce offers its business aviation customers the largest global service network in the industry. The powerful infrastructure of the ASCs is complemented by On-Wing Services Specialists, who are located at strategic hubs in the USA, Europe, Middle East and Asia, as well as a number of spare parts and lease engine storage locations around the world. CorporateCare customers benefit from faster response times and reduced maintenance time with simplified, streamlined administration wherever they fly.
