Bengaluru. HQ Training Command, IAF hosted the Commanders’ Conclave-2025 on April 28, 2025 to facilitate direct interaction and exchange of views to address challenges pertaining to training in the IAF. The conclave chaired by Air Marshal Nagesh Kapoor, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief Training Command, was attended by the commanders of various training establishments under Training Command.
During the conference, comprehensive reviews of training, maintenance and administration aspects were carried out by respective branch heads at HQ TC, highlighting the measures instituted to surmount challenges and progress achieved in attaining the training goals. In his address, the AOC-in-C complimented the commanders for efforts put in by them towards enhancing quality of training and upgrading living standards of personnel in keeping with the IAF’s mission statement ‘People First Mission Always’. He also emphasised the core importance of training with futuristic orientation for furtherance of the operational capabilities of the IAF.
