Government of Canada and HEICO to participate at Aero MRO India A&D 2022
New Delhi, September 16.“We are pleased to announce that Government of Canada Trade Commissioner’s International Division and US MRO company, HEICO Corporation. Aero MRO India A&D is the melting pot of Indian and International MRO, OEM and Support Industries for forging ties for cooperations between them to build JVs or standalone facilities in India. The India’s MRO Forum this year has been seeing intent interest in the Indian market fulfilling our theme “India: An MRO Hub…Unlimited Opportunities” in the lines of our PM’s clarion call of Atma Nirbhar Bharat, said Pulak Sen, Founder & Secretary, MRO Association India.
HEICO Corporation is a successful and growing technology-driven aerospace, industrial, defence and electronics company. For more than 60 years, HEICO has thrived by providing customers with innovative and cost-saving products and services.
HEICO’s products are found on large commercial aircraft, regional, business and military aircraft, as well as on a large variety of industrial turbines, targeting systems, missiles and electro-optical devices.
The company was formed 65 years ago as Heinicke Instruments to design and sell laboratory equipment.
Canada has become our new Country Partner at Aero MRO India 2022. The International Trade Office is building a session at our conference in cooperation between Canadian MRO and Training organisations and their counterparts from India. It would be interesting what the Canadian companies have to offer their Indian counterparts.
Background information
This year’s theme for India’s Only MRO Forum Aero MRO India, we have aptly chosen “India: An MRO Hub…Unlimited Opportunities.”
In the past two years, the Government of India under its Aatma Nirbhar Bharat mission has brought in a slew of reforms in the area of MRO which have opened up several opportunities for MRO players and OEMs from overseas. India is positioning itself strategically to attract investment from OEMs and large MRO service providers across the globe.
Aero MRO India 2022 will be bigger and better in terms of conference topics and exhibition. We are aiming to bring in the Who-is-Who of the Civil Aviation and Defence Ministries apart from Leaders in the field of MRO, OEM, Defence Forces, HAL, Airlines and the allied support industry.
A White Paper on the industry status will be published on the first day by our Knowledge Partner Caladirus Aero LLP. Aviation Week Network, the event’s International Media Support, will also present a study on APAC growth of MRO Industry.
With the gap of two years since our last on ground show, Aero MRO India 2019, we have been able to bring in some new stakeholders to Aero MRO India 2022. Prime among them being Adani Aerospace and Defence who are the event’s Title Partner. The UK is our Country Partner this year and Government of Gujarat’s aviation development arm, Gujsail is our State Partner.
Apart from the above, Air India Engineering Services Ltd, the largest MRO company in the country, is our Conference Partner. Ace Insurance is our Networking Evening Partner. The other companies taking part at Aero MRO India 2022 are GMR Aero Technic, Willis Lease Finance Corp., AMP Aero Services LLC, Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd., Turkish Technik, OSS Air Management, Liebherr India, Avi-Oil, Vector Technorium, Gandhi Automation, Bytzsoft, etc. Several other OEMs, MROs and Allied Support Providers to the MRO Industry are in talks with us for participation.
