IAF’S Training Command conducts Commanders’ Conclave
Bengaluru, December 23, 2025. HQ Training Command (TC), Indian Air Force, conducted the Commanders’ Conclave on 23 December 2025 to facilitate a comprehensive review of training, maintenance, and administration aspects. The conclave, chaired by Air Marshal Tejinder Singh, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Training Command, aimed to address the challenges in these domains and to evolve a plan of action as a way forward.
During the conference, senior branch heads from HQ TC presented comprehensive reviews of their respective domains, highlighting the initiatives undertaken to overcome challenges and achieve training objectives. The AOC-in-C emphasised the importance of training in enhancing the operational capabilities of the IAF. He also complimented the commanders for the initiative taken towards improvement in the quality of life of air warriors and their families in respective bases.
The conclave provided a valuable platform for commanders to engage in constructive dialogue, share best practices and collectively drive excellence.
