Rosoboronexport to Present Advanced Security Equipment to Partner Delegations in Moscow

Moscow. ROSOBORONEXPORT JSC (part of Rostec State Corporation) is organizing a display of the latest Russian technologies to ensure the security of citizens and the State at the XIII International Meeting of High Representatives in Charge of Security Issues. The event is being held fr om May 27 to 29, 2025 in Moscow under the auspices of the Security Council of the Russian Federation.

“The International Meeting of High Representatives in Charge of Security Issues in 2025 stands out for a wide scale of the participating countries and a high level of the heads of their delegations. The event is attended by the CIS, African, Latin American, Asia-Pacific and Middle Eastern states – ROSOBORONEXPORT’s partners in the global market. The Company will hold 40+ meetings and negotiations both at the level of the Russian delegation headed by Secretary of the Security Council Sergei Shoigu and the face-to-face level,” said Alexander Mikheev, General Director of ROSOBORONEXPORT JSC.  “ROSOBORONEXPORT will present to its colleagues the latest technologies and solutions that meet the current threats and challenges in all spheres of public and state security. All the products we are showcasing have been tested in real conditions and have proved their compliance with the claimed performance.”

ROSOBORONEXPORT has prepared an exhibit at its stand and in the open display area wh ere motor and armored vehicles, including the Patrol and Spartak, are demonstrated.

The special exporter’s stand displays the latest and advanced small arms, optics and gear, loitering munitions and EW equipment, modern riot control equipment, chemical agent and IED detectors and identifiers. In the field of information security, the Company is demonstrating special technical means to protect critical information and destroy it, and will also hold presentations of smart solutions to ensure the security of the State.

For ease of navigation, the exhibit is divided into 3 thematic zones. In the segment of UAVs and C-UAV technologies, ROSOBORONEXPORT is demonstrating “flying-wing” models – S-350M SKAT recon UAV, KUB-2-1E loitering munition as well as SupercamX4, Goliath, Karakourt-R and Boomerang quadcopters exhibited for the first time, and also UAV-dropped fragmentation, incendiary and HEAT-incendiary warheads.

Counter-UAV technologies are represented both by the Radeskan-Antidron EW system for detection, trajectory tracking and countering unmanned aircraft and by hard-kill weapons. Among them are the MP-155 Taktika smoothbore single-barrel semi-automatic shotgun, MP-135 smoothbore single-barrel repeating (pump-action) shotgun, Saiga-12 semi-automatic carbine and 12 gauge 12/76 IGLA AnDr, IGLA Vector ANDR cartridges for countering UAVs. These weapons have proved to be highly effective during the special military operation.

In the segment of special forces equipment, ROSOBORONEXPORT is demonstrating a wide range of new small arms, including standard, shortened and small-sized versions of the Kalashnikov AK-15 assault rifle in 7.62x39mm caliber, the newest 5.45mm RPL-20 machine gun, Lebedev pistols, special optics, gear and body armor kits for any missions. In addition, this zone presents a set of equipment for snipers, including a camouflage suit and a sniper system based on the ORSIS CT-20 high-precision rifle, the Harrier intelligent rifle scope, the Duet thermal imaging attachment and the latest Target laser rangefinder.

In the area of special technical equipment, riot control products, NLJ locators, detectors of hazardous substances and information protection and emergency destruction facilities are demonstrated. Here, visitors to the ROSOBORONEXPORT stand can get acquainted with impact protection kits, non-lethal weapons, stun guns, smoke, irritant, stun and combined grenades, a video inspection device and the Wall special vehicle.

As part of the presentations of Russian intelligent security solutions, ROSOBORONEXPORT presents Internet monitoring and legal data interception systems, an information security system and automated border surveillance systems.
