Vadodara, The ever-smiling Air Chief Marshal AP Singh’s appearance at the United Way of Baroda Navratri Garba Mahotsav in Vadodara has became one of the most talked about moments of the 2026 Navratri season. This video of IAF chief participating in Garba Mahotsav and trying a few traditional moves alongside other Officers and Families has gone viral.
The Air Chief attended the festival’s third night, arriving in navy blue traditional attire with a matching turban and scarf, blending seamlessly with the festive dress code required at the venue. What began as a polite gesture soon turned into a moment of pure spontaneity: he smiled, matched the rhythm, and even slipped in a few playful, Bhangra tinged steps that delighted the crowd.

The event also saw the presence of senior defence officials including Air Marshal PV Shivanand, Air Commodore RS Bhandari, and retired Air Marshal Sunil Kashinath Vidhate who joined him for the prayers.
