New State-of-the-Art Computer Lab Inaugurated at APS, The MARATHA LIRC, Belagavi
Bengaluru, November 21, 2025. Army Public School, The MARATHA LIRC, Belagavi, marked a significant milestone today with the inauguration of its new state-of-the-art Computer Lab. The facility was inaugurated by Lt Gen Hitesh Bhalla, UYSM, SC**, SM, VSM, Colonel of The MARATHA LI and GOC HQ 14 Corps, along with Mrs Kavita Bhalla. The modern lab has been generously funded by the ICICI Foundation as part of its commitment to promoting digital literacy in schools.
Following the inauguration, the dignitaries toured the newly upgraded classrooms, interacted with students & staff, and reviewed the technological enhancements implemented across the institution. They lauded the school’s sustained efforts in strengthening digital education and appreciated the progressive initiatives aimed at preparing students for the evolving academic and technological landscape.
The newly established Computer Lab is expected to significantly enhance the school’s learning ecosystem, providing students with improved access to digital tools, hands-on learning opportunities and an enriched educational experience.
