General Atomics celebrates 33 Years as World Leader in Unmanned Aircraft Systems
POWAY (CALIFORNIA). General Atomics Aeronautical Systems has stated that it has completed 33 years as the world leader in unmanned aircraft systems (UAS).
“Established as a business on April 28, 1992, General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. is celebrating 33 years as the world leader in unmanned aircraft systems,” the company posted on its X handle. “Our advanced long-endurance #UAS provide persistent, versatile airborne surveillance and effects – enabling information dominance across all domains.”
General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) is a military contractor and subsidiary of General Atomics. Apart from UASs, it also designs and manufactures radar systems for the US military and commercial applications worldwide.
