The proposed hospital will provide comprehensive superspeciality care like Oncology, Oncosurgery, Cardiology, Nephrology, Neurology and Cardiothoracic Surgery to all service personnel, their dependents and veterans of the three uniform services in this region.

The hospital has also been actively involved with IMA for blood donation. A blood donation camp was organized on 22 Nov and 24 Nov 2016 in collaboration with IMA Kochi Blood Bank. The camp was inaugurated by Surgeon Rear Admiral MS Prakash, Command Medical Officer of Southern Naval Command.
