Marine Instruments and Globaz Technologies sign MoU at World Defense Show to explore collaboration in India around advanced maritime surveillance solutions

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, February 10. 2026. Marine Instruments, a Spanish technology company specializing in advanced maritime surveillance and monitoring systems, and Globaz Technologies Pvt. Ltd., an Indian company active in defense and aerospace systems integration, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during the World Defense Show 2026 in Riyadh.

The MoU establishes a framework for cooperation between the two companies to explore potential collaboration opportunities in India, with a particular focus on maritime surveillance, security missions and unmanned systems, including Marine Instruments’ flagship AirFox unmanned aerial system.

The agreement marks a first step in a shared ambition to combine Marine Instruments’ proven operational experience and proprietary technologies with GlobazTechnologies’s strong local presence and understanding of the Indian defense ecosystem.

Under the MoU, the Parties will work together on technical familiarization, training activities and initial market engagement, as well as exploratory discussions with relevant institutional stakeholders. This structured approach is intended to build mutual understanding, align operational concepts and assess how best to address real operational needs in the region.
