New Delhi. The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of senior Orissa cadre IPS officer Prakash Mishra (Retired) as DG, Fire Services, Civil Defence & Home Guards.
Mr Mishra is currently DG, CRPF. The present appointment is for a period of two years from the date of assumption of the charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
